Strap on your board and bundle up tight for Heavy Shreddin'. In this title, gamers compete for points in three different snowboarding events. In the downhill event, snowboarders must fly at top speeds down the slopes racing against the clock. Of course, plenty of obstacles such as trees and other skiers impede your progress. During the slalom event, your snowboarder must weave between all the gates of the slalom course while simultaneously avoiding the same obstacles. Finally, each run ends with the backwood event. During this sequence, your snowboarder must navigate through a dizzying complement of obstacles on their way to the finish line.

Snowboarders can also pad their total score by executing various tricks along the way. Helicopter spins, jumps and tail grabs are a few examples of the standard Heavy Shreddin' repertoire. Three different peaks, each featuring a couple different runs, comprise the body of this snowboarding tour. Gamers start on Poseur Peak. Skillful players will quickly advance to Scary Summit, and experienced shredders will eventually graduate to Mt. Mortified.
