Ms. Pac Man
An update of the 1982 arcade classic, Ms. Pac-Man brings Pac-Man's girlfriend to the NES. As the female version of
the pie-shaped dot-muncher, your job is to clear a series of mazes (36 in all) while four ghosts are on your tail. To turn
the tables on your enemies, eat one of the four Energizer Dots you'll find in each maze. For a few seconds, the ghosts
turn blue and you can gobble them for extra points. Another way to score bonus points is to eat the bouncing fruit that shows
up along the maze pathways from time to time. When you have eaten all of the regular dots on a particular maze, it's on
to the next maze. Unlike the arcade game, this version of Ms. Pac-Man features four difficulty levels: normal, easy,
hard, and crazy. Also, there are four types of mazes: arcade, mini, big, and strange. The strange mazes are uneven and irregular.
Another feature not available in the arcade game is the Pac-Booster. Play with this option turned on and you can move and
munch dots at super-speed. You can play Ms. Pac-Man by yourself or with a friend. You can alternate turns in separate
games or play cooperatively or competitively on the same screen.
