Seek out and defeat powerful Hindu god Shiva to break a curse in Master Chu and the Drunkard Hu. As Master Chu, you must journey across ten stages infested with such creatures as serpents, bats, spiders, dragons, and silkworms. Clearing a stage involves collecting eight hidden "symbols of harmony," which open a path to the boss characters. Master Chu's moves include jumping and firing projectiles. He can also raise a knife or fan to block oncoming attacks. Snuff out torches or shatter statues and vases to reveal power-ups offering invincibility, triple shots, added life, and more. Cooperative play is also supported, allowing a friend to take control of the Drunkard Hu.
